Clubhouse Rentals
The Centennial Event Center is available for rental by Members in good standing of the Association. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Association-sponsored or community events have scheduling priority.
Please see calendar below to review availability prior to submitting a request.
To submit a request to rent the Event Room, please complete the Event Center Rental Agreement. Rental Rates: • Monday–Thursday: $25.00 per day • Friday–Sunday: $50.00 per day • Rental includes 30 minutes before and after the event for setup and cleanup.
